GAS Textiles has become an integral part of the GAS family.  Born out of a frustration with the lack of protective gear supplied with equipment and a desire to repair and reinforce GAS Hire kit and its packaging rather than replace it. At GAS Hire we frequently encounter problems with wear and tear: boxes disintegrate, bags fray, flags and scrims tear.  Committed to sustainability, we have chosen repair over replacement and when necessary craft custom protective storage solutions that ensure our kit endures. 

Today, the GAS textiles team combines creativity and technical expertise to craft bespoke products and provide repairs for the photography, studio, and film industries. Every piece is handmade with careful attention to detail - from restoration of equipment bags to designing custom-made lens cases. Sustainability guides our approach, through a focus on high grade materials and components and enduring construction.  This ensures the longevity of the products we make and the equipment they protect.
